so is anybody gona talk about Lissandra?

I really like Lissandra, though i do think she could use a more interesting passive. My biggest frustration with her is that she's team fight reliant, so you really have to hope your team knows what they're doing when you decide to engage.

She's a CC mage, not a burst mage. Personally she's my favourite of all the mages, but I will admit she's mana thirsty especially now that you can't buy pots.

It certainly would help if she didn't have the second lowest mana regen at all levels. I think the Q mana cost is fine considering that it is on such a low CD and deals AoE damage. It is my belief that Riot gave her that low mana regen and the high Q cost to justify her passive. The delay on her E is really nice though. Its fast enough to get you out of bad situations and slow enough for you to use other abilities or read your opponent before making the decision to reactivate it.

Though what she really needs is a new skin. If she was to get buffed, I would like to first see her mana regen buffed and maybe a slight Q mana cost reduction. After that depending where she is in terms of balanced, maybe look into a buffed or new passive.

perhaps, her passive is weird, every second or so your next spell doesent cost mana, late game does that even matter? late game doesent need her passive, it's useless

I think she's doing fine. If she had any better mana costs in the early or mid game she would have pretty cancer level bullying. Only thing I think is really annoying about liss is trying to ult yourself or a specific target in the middle of a crowd.

Lissandra is like in oblivion for riot , no new skin since 2014 , and they promised us a new passivebut they are too busy working on champions who actually were good enough to play , i say Lissandra is in a terrible need of new passive + Mana buff + New epic skin
