There needs to be some reprecussions for playing badly

This is just absurd...People who genuinely do well and try to win are constantly punished either through penalties or just losing the game. Like almost every loss is due to a feeder that snowballs a lane, afk/lagger, or a troll.

Like its total political correctness on here. Even if you remotely criticize these feeders/trolls/afks/laggers or whatever they just ban you. You just have to sit there and take it up the ass. How the fuck is that even fair?

Its not hard to implement a system that instead of punishing the people that are frustrated over these noobs ruining their games, that would actually benefit them.

Like for instance:

1. you can make it so you need at least 20 champions with mastery 5 or higher to play ranked

2. If you are on a 3 game losing streak it should remove you from ranked until you start winning some draft

3. if you get reported for troll pick then you should not be allowed to play in ranked rather than just perma banning them

4. There should be an option to report for failing teamwork because 99% of the time your teammate doesn't help when you in a team fight or is splitting when you need them for a balanced fight or to take an objective. Then force these people that get reported for this to go through teamwork tutorials and training initiatives before being able to be allowed back to ranked.

5. Removing duo queue from solo queue so that its more balanced and not one smurf carrying his butt buddy who feeds the entire game

6. If you see a person's winrate fall before 50% force them to play draft and go through training/initiatives based on the champion they are struggling with.

These are just at the top of my head and with no depth of thought to it and can be fine tuned but theres literally no way this game should just punish those who are breaking their backs to carry while the dimwit just feeds and has no consequences because they fan just simply say they are bad...Its just getting too much.
