The play test team

now most of this is what I heard from others I know or from videos or my own playing of league. it seams like the old play test team was better then the one we have now, the game keeps getting less fun and more of a botlane only game It feels. for example the new spellbook change is one of the dumbest changes ive seen in league for this season. why ruin a good rune. if you take ignite at 6 mins with this rune, then you cant re use it until 21mins. that's....it feels dumb but maybe I'm wrong and false. just feels like its becoming league of bot lane

Edit- I saw that I did not talk about bot lane at all and if ima bitch about it I should say something right? from my time playing league with the last season or two its been a bot lane win or lose games I get a lot of. theres very few games I can hard carry if I don't have a bot lane and they do, mostly the adc. I can be 8-2-10 and still lose to a adc who has items or a team that can work with there adc, and that's fine, that's teamwork. but it sucks when you don't have that adc or your adc does not want to use team work or idk.
