(Revised and improved version) If someone dc's, can we at least have a bot to replace them?

So, I just had this ranked game in which my team, despite having the opposing bot lane get two kills off of a level one invade on us, was doing pretty well. Our Morde was absolutely crushing their Garen, I had a couple of kills and overall we were doing really well, when out of nowhere our Akali dced and everything became terrible. Despite my belief that we could pull out a victory, the rest of my team didn't agree so they surrendered. Now this got me thinking, some other MOBAS do this so why can't league as well, which is replace a dced or AFK character with a bot.

Now, when I first posted this I really rushed through it and didn't think it through at all, so this time I will hope to improve on it. Now, what I mean by this is instead of our Akali being useless at the fountain, a bot instead takes control of the champion and gives our team at least something. Now, (thanks to you brilliant smart people from the last post) there is an inherent problem in this. That is, the bot could end up being worse than just having an afk or dc. So, something Riot could do to rectify this is for the performance of the bot be based off of the summoners mastery rank with the champion, recent performance with the champion, elo, and how well the summoner was doing in this game. By taking all this into account, the bot should be fairly capable and at least give the team with the AFK or DC a fighting chance.
