Whats the point of Elise's Rappel getting special bonuses?
" Upon landing, Elise's Spider Queen bonuses are increased for 5 seconds."
SPIDER EFFECTS INCREASE: 40 / 50 / 70 / 85 / 100%
(her spider form autos do and heal more.)
Can this like.. be moved to skittering frenzy or removed entirely so she can have power budgetted elsewhere? You're never going to use rappel for "combat bonuses". Its too long of a CD to waste in the jungle on camps, and unnecessary given how healthy she can clear without it.
You're never going to EQW switch form Q, then rappel W onto somebody, because either those bonuses don't matter or instead rappel is wasted so you miss out on chasing, gap closing, and dodging/surviving abilities, so its not really something you intentionally will think to rappel for, and I can't say, as a 2 million MP elise player, that i've ever used rappel for "combat amps" intentionally, except for the extremely rare occasion of getting greedy for camps while low to get better healing.
Hell if you guys toned this effect down by even half those values and moved it to W, that would be amazing. Add consistency to the effect so its utilized, then you can balance it out however you want.. but having it in rappel is kinda just underutilized power budget.
