I love her, Her kit feels so good after level 6. Her damage is decent, and her ult is one of my favorite abilities in League now. Love the lane presence her stealth gives her as well.

The only thing really hurting her is that after 30ish minutes she's COMPLETELY useless, people have too many resistances, the enemies are grouped too tight, if an enemy team sticks together she's really out of luck.

I'd say make it to where only the person charmed can see her mark is a good start to improving her. That way it requires more coordination to protect the person with the heart over their head.

I'm not so sure about that. I've played 10 Evelynn Jungle games, have won 7 of them, and have yet to go below a 1:1 kd ratio.

She IS weak right now, but buffs are expected, plus people have yet to find the most optimal way to play her.
