Her E does 60-220 +30% ap scaling.

Her ult does 150-350 +70% ap.

For her E to do 800 damage on the first hit she would need around 2,000 ap against a target with 0 mres.

Her ult would only need 600-700 ap.

Shyvana doesn't even isually build ap, she builds bruiser with some on hit.

She only has those AP ratio's for accidental AP like from baron.
