Remove Poacher's Knife from all Champions recommended Items

Seriously this is happening daily.

Players who don't know Shy or Nocturne or any other "Poacher" Champion pick the champ then buy this horrible item and don't even use it. Seriously, they don't counter jg at all because GUESS WHAT **Someone who strictly stays with the recommended items is most likely someone who isn't going to counter jg in the first place **

When I see someone buy poachers I ask them "Why did you buy poacher's if you're not counter jgling" My favorite responses:

"Cus it's what you do"

"IT'S FOR DEVOURER YOU IDIOT"
