Autofill is killing ranked

Too many games I enter and people are put into roles they either suck at or have no real expertise with, at lower ranks this is a bit more lenient but as you climb it gets way worse,1stimers get punished hard by the opposing team, people are given roles they completely suck at and a lot of times no1 will trade them, which leads to them dodging increasing queue times or trying to play it out and get a free loss. This does not show players their true rank, an adc who mains adc vs a person who got autofilled it never goes well(especially if im the one as adc, can't play this role for shit) this isnt fair or balanced or a sign of a person's actual skill, this is just pure rng now. Luck is now the ONLY deciding factor of matches, which side gets screwed over by autofill the least wins.

So it's been "killing" ranked for 7 years and ranked still isn't dead?

I think riot's position is you shouldn't be in higher mmr if you can't at least play all roles to a certain degree of competency.

Im having alot of problems with this to. Though mine is usually with the autofills attitude. Some people are regarding their being autofilled support from some other role like jungle as an excuse to not try, and accept it as a free lose unless someones carrying crazy hard. Literally had two autofilled supps in a row two days ago who both of them raged about the person who had their main role not doing as well as they thought they could, even though they were doing well, and one tilted and fed, the other afk'd IN THE ENEMY TEAMS JUNGLE.
