Making it a skill shot instead of a targeted ability would give him the ability to use it as an escape over walls, alternatively giving it the ability to target wards could also work.

talon main here, i would feel like i would playing zed and i don't want that. he is balanced because of his limited mobility
talon needs a passive, and a no joke dot/dmg amp because 3% when ahri used to have 20% at lvl 1, swain 8% lvl 1
As a Talon main, I don't want this to happen. It would cripple his positioning potential. And I hate champions that can ignore walls, that's why I hate Zed (even when I used to main him).
Not sure why he needs more mobility.
If anything change his passive to grant 0.5s of stealth on champion kill(not assist) and next AA applies his current rank of Cutthroat.
Gives him minimal escape in a teamfight that can also allow him to return.
