Should Riot start to banning Boosting Duo tactics ?

I believe that's this tactic and others tactic, that's give players have a bad gameplays experiment and unhealthy should got banned. Yi-Kayle top, Yi-Taric top or mid , Urdy-Taric and more. I agree that's this is smart and is a really interesting to play the game if you're bored, but definitely not in rank, where players doing their best and lose to a unfair and unhealthy tactics like these. And also, there is nothing sure, that's those players, who're trying these tactic know what they're doing, this lead into their own teammate lose the game and have a bad impression on this game. I just played against one in rank solo q, those player below don't know what they're doing, they're probably saw this on internet and trying to do this, and at the end they lose the game, their teammates lose the game, just cause their unfair tactics.
