Can we have a Rank Setting that allow us to have a long Q time but not got autofills ?

Riot, can we pls have a new Rank Setting that allow player not gonna get autofills but have long Queque time ?, i was in my promo last game and my team have 4 people that is autofill, i believed that players like us deserved a Rank Setting that allow us to have a long Que but not get Autofill. Anybody have same idea ? -Sorry im not that good at English yet-
