Can you imagine if ignites ticked one more time from now on?

Im just curious if it's with just me or not but like..... How many of you have used ignite with less than 1 tick left to kill them/ how many times have you been ignited and lived? Why the hell is this xD like it seems like this in every game it's always just 1 little bit of anything ex. Dark souls 2 just did a boss with 4 hp left and ran out of energy and died.... Why must you punish us like this god.....
