Dynamic que disband rant

So, you know when you're playing dynamic que, waiting for all the players to slowly pick their champion, then you get to the last one, and the guy's like, "nope! I'm outta here!" Annoying, isnt it. But its tolerable. Its tolerable. Well, you know. Until it happens again. And again. And again. In a row. I am currently in said que right now, as I am typeing this, actually. Three disbands in a row is rage worthy. You know what number I'm on right now? Nine. And counting. Clearly, something is wrong.
