End of game screen stuck issues in a ranked game

At the end of my ranked game, my screen went to the usual "screen goes to show the exploding nexus" thing. However, the button that takes you to the end stats screen is missing, making me stuck in the exploding nexus screen. Furthermore, I do not have any way of quitting the game other than shutting down League entirely, and, according to the pop-up when I try shutting it down, risk facing the usual game leaving penalty. I don't have any proof that I was DCed when it happened, as it is not displaying the "attempting to reconnect" sign, but judging from the fact that typing "gg" in all chat did not show up and that I was frequently disconnecting throughout the game, it is highly likely that disconnecting had something to do with it.

Update: upon selecting "Leave game" in the "Don't leave, your team needs you" screen, it took me to the usual end of game stats screen, as if nothing had happened.

I am not sure how to reproduce this result other than disconnecting right when the game ends, but this is the first time I have encountered it.
