New Runes

League has been evolving and changing ever since its release. We've had new champs, new items, and a new jungle. But, now I think we've gotten to the point where a specific type of new runes are necessary. The "Good Team Runes". These runes will increase our chances of getting good teammates (non-toxic).

1 Quint of Good Team Runes= +3% Chance of getting a good team Glyphs, Seals, Marks= 0-1.5% of getting a good team

And these things better be expensive. Let's make it happen!
