Twitch poison/contaminate

after re-reading what i wrote, this is pretty much a rant, still going to post it to help calm down a little.

i just want twitch poison to feel like its doing something other than stacking for his E dmg. its pretty much to the point where its just a heal reduction. early game you might get a kill off of poison, but generally the enemy has a pot to easily avoid death. paired with someone like brand as a support and you can make it more successful, but the brand will most likely get the kill off his passive than twitch off of his. and late game you'll probably never kill anyone with twitch poison, 36 dmg per sec at max level so 192 true dmg total over six secs, any adc can heal to survive that with ls even if they have grievous wounds on them, tanks in general have high enough hp regen to stave this of as well, you might do something to someone like ziggs who has no shield or healing, but they would be far away from you to start off with poking from the back(unless you try to flank by yourself, but you'll be killing him with aa's in shorter amount of time and could easily die in the process). i would rather they revert his E back to before his (mini)rework, give passive abit more dmg but remove poison on E cast for dmg.

i dont recall exactly when runaans was added but i think it was after twitch rework, and if that is not the case than my point is moot. but if it was than i have 1 leg to stand on, that being twitch would not have to decide if he wanted to use E as soon as many people got max stacks, but than lose out on all the true dmg from passive and than have to restack it all(pre-rework twitch's ult only had 5 shots at max rank but no dmg fall-off), or wait to use it to pick off stragglers after waiting till the last tick to apply. because with new ult and runaans applying stacks again after e would no longer be as much of a issue, especially with current W. i say this because i believe that was a driving point that riot brought up to decide that E would no longer removed all poison stacks(something on those lines).

really want to see omega squad twitch tho, couldnt be happier for a new skin.
