Toxic players and reporting system

Please try to read the entirety of this post, first section is mainly anecdotal. there are going to be alot of profanity ahead, there's your warning.

Hellrrr, im Pr3cision. if anyone sees this name and thinks about a player that said many things about jews in all chat, then chances are that you've played a game with me. If i had insulted or offended you during a game, then you're out of luck if you are expecting and apology. I throw words around without the slightest bit of care, because im not the type of person who particularly who cares about insults or offensive slurs, because i find them funny (did i also mention that i main shaco?) and the more creative and stupid the insult, funnier. So when i say that hitler was right about the jews, im usually doing it while laughing at how absurd and stupid it is. saying that you have the mental capacity of a 2 year old with autism also falls under that category. so it may be true that people find these sort of things offensive, i personally dont. you could called me a %%%%%% (im bi-racial) and would not care, i would think you are stupid for using such a weak insult, but thats it.

this comes to the main point, after reading the rules for "player behavior and moderation". i break pretty much all of them and i can only assume that the in-game player behavior has to be similar, yet have only been chat banned twice in the past 2 months, thats it. and this is only when im tilted and in one game out of the 3 or 5 that are picked as examples of bad behavior am i targeting people specifically for what they are doing in game while the other games i'm using the insults in the previous paragraph. Otherwise as long im not specifically insulting people for their in-game performance, then im not getting banned. the point is that the reporting system for it, is shit or that system isn't working properly. no way the things i say in-game are being accepted by other players, especially when every time i solo queue(ranked or norm) people are telling me to stop saying these things.

The reporting system for behavior should either be removed or be improved drastically. Im not sure how, as i've clearly shown, i personally have no filter, so i would not know how to improve it, so i lean towards just removing it in generally. tell me your opinion, if you want to remove it im sure enough people also saying the same will get some results, or if you have improvements to the system, might want to make your voice heard. or you can insult and berate me for what i have said and probably get my account thats been active since season 1, permabanned from league.

(that is it, not sorry for profanities and phrases used, i also didnt properly check grammer in this, so if clarification is needed, ill try to reiterate it).

The problem is people don't report enough.

As for the rest of your post, I don't understand how anyone can have a heart so cold. Other people can be much more sensiteve than you (such as myself).

I mean I see it both ways. We shouldnt have chat in a game anyways if you are full try harding for like ranked. But if you are playing normals you really shouldnt care whats said since there is a mute button as well and you gotta expect people to be people its everywhere you cant really hide how real life is.

But there is a point where if you are just being a dick about it thats not okay. Only should be perma bannable to int or not try or script ect. Talking shouldnt get you banned only players that spam and act like an ass every single game should be perma muted.

I have reported a person and been notified by Riot that because of that report (and presumably others) that a particular person was banned. Do I know which person? No. But that doesn't mean that actions weren't taken.

You have to take all things in stride when playing the game. You can't let people bother you. Don't go saying in chat "please report xxxx" -- not only is it immature but it can land you in trouble too. Just get on with playing the game as best as you can - regardless of any bad egg's presence. (Mute is your best friend.)

Then when the game is done, and if you really feel some player has broken the player's code in some way, then hit the exclamation point and file the report. Explain what happened and give evidence that clearly backs up the reason for your report. Even better, take a break before you file, so you can do the report with a clear and uncluttered mind. Just remember: your report will have consequences for another, and perhaps even you, if you aren't careful.
