So, I like playing mid for ranked mainly. I consider myself a decent support so I put support secondary. I get support 90% of times, it is just useless I may as well put support as my main role. Can supports get some kind of something to make people want to play it so i can not have my secondary role be something that im bad at in order to have a higher chance or my main role. please...
The last time Riot did something to try to make support appealing to more people, we got 
I don't think Riot could do anything good for the game that'd make support more popular
I like Midbeasts analogy, secondary role is like going to restaurant, ordering food and waitress asks you "What if we don't have Pizza?", "Do you have it or no, mate?", waitress "Idk yet", so you will order Pizza and you will get pasta, "Crickey! Give me what I want...".
Though very true, there's nothing the role can get that will make it more appealing for others.
Mid is the most popular role so you won't get it all the time.
It has not that much to do with support in this case tho.
You can mid primary and secondary top and the results would still be the same, that you get top probably more than you get mid.
It's more to do with everyone queuing as mid.

It's also how if you mid secondary, you can get your primary role almost guaranteed whenever you're not autofilled. Thank me later on the tip.
I pick Top first / Fill secondary. Not even Sup, Fill.

Over 129 games, I got Support 3 times, and Jungle 1 time. All the rest was Top.
So I have a very hard time believing that you got Support so often.
