Mord/GP the new Kassadin?

Over 90% ban rate in worlds at this point for both champions. It's become a disadvantage to play on red side having to auto give up two bans, even the casters comment on it. Looking at soloque ban rates it obviously doesn't affect that part of the community that much, but in professional play they look for the stuff that's broken and it's showing pretty clearly. I don't know what can be done to fix them, I don't have the knowledge to discuss that, but clearly somethings gotta give.
