Trying to play for 45 minutes now.

I lock in but the clent fails to load my lock in? shows a loading wheel as time ticks away. when time runs out the client still hasnt locked me in and now im waiting 15 minutes AGAIN to TRY and play. I've submitted multiple bug reports. why must i be punished for riots mistakes?
