So health, attack speed, and CDR? Braum wouldn't even use that since the attack speed would be pretty much useless on him. It'd end up being used on champions like WW, Xin, Udyr, Lee, or Shyvana and maybe a few others, and then almost no one else. And that group of champions doesn't seem like it needs more toys atm tbh.
