Boot Enchatment

Please bring back Boot enchantments. I don't see the point of removing every boot enchantment when Alacrity is the main problem. Many champions rely on being able to kite when fighting so furor boots is essential and the captain boots is good for supports. How about just rework the boot enchantments. Also this might not be related but considering Riot removed Spell vamp because it was practically useless there is also one other status that is somewhat forgotten and that is Tenacity. If you do re create the boot enchantments how about adding Tenacity as a boot enchantment
