Why are smurfs allowed im calling Riot out on this its such bull shit that i get a smurf 1/4 games it feels like its always some one trolling/ inting on my team or some one who just wrecks house on a hyper carry on the other team it should be 1 account and 1 account only.

I completely agree with this statement. Smurfing is such a major issue in gold elo and sure it's "just one game" as most say, "deal with it". But dude that one game is my promos or chance for promos. That one game puts my friend on the tiltawhirl and he just doesn't play cause he is sick of them. "How do you know it's a smurf?" when Zed is 22-3 at the end as a level 58 but plays like stylish? When their match history is is a 94% win rate? I'm not saying I'm supposed to be challenger but jesus it sure hurts the game when smurfs are allowed to play. Just do what South Korea does, social security numbers.
