I get a smurf probably 3 times a week or some times more and they just stomp the game usually is there no way to stop this from happening because it really ruins the fun of the game when im trying to get better and i have a high plat diamond player come to gold high silver and just destroy every one because they are mechanically better than literally every one in that elo and people are gonna say oh you are just bad but

I had Top player literally destroyed me last night, something that is almost never happening. I checked his profile, new account in his division placing games. Needless to say smurf.

I have smurfs in more than half of my ranked games. I can deal, but my team usually can't. I keep telling my team that they need to rise to the challenge instead of trying to surrender as early as possible because it's not like it's a fluke, it's most games. It's made a total joke of matchmaking and is one of the main reasons why the game is inaccessible to new players. Riot better get their heads out of sand and do something.....
