where are those fucking key fragments

Key Fragments are obtainable at Honor Levels 1-5, only if you're Honor Level 0 (Dishonorable) will you not ever get Key Fragments.

The Key Fragment drop rate is largely the same (though with modifiers for Honor Level 1 players), but the method of delivery is different. Instead of earning Key Fragments from games you've won (based on the chances that you can receive a Fragment), you now earn Key Fragments at any random time in the Client for simply playing games and not being slapped on the wrist with penalties.

It may either happen that the Key Fragments are gifted to you almost ceremoniously when you're browsing your Loot or Collection after a match, or if you have your Client open, go do something, and come back to see a Key Fragment given to you - or even if you simply open the Client to start playing League and receive the fragment just after logging in.

As a secondary note; Honor Level 3 is easily attainable by casual players. It just takes time, because your Honor is supposed to be representative of your long-term sportsmanship, not an actual level for you to grind out, hit 5 on, and drop.

lvl 2 is the base for key frags. you have to play weeks worth of games to level up in honor its supposed to take a lot of time. key frag drops happen when you have several honorable games in a row and they pop up when you login

You only need level 2 to get key frags. I've gotten quite a few already.
