Update is extremely unstable.

Before update, I averaged 100-120 fps, maybe 85-90 during a team. Now I average 70-80 and 30-40. The game is literally unplayable, I've turned the settings down to the lowest possible and not a single increase. It isn't my PC, as I've tested it by running other games and my PC is stable. Is anyone else having issues with performance since the patch?
