Looking for a answer about Best ADC against tanks!

So, I've been playing the game since the end of season 6 and last season I peaked at silver 3.

Anyways I've seen a lot of meta changes. And this recent one is really just shitting on me: Tank Meta.

So i main ADC and its quite obnoxious when the enemy team has 3 tanks. So I am having trouble killing these tanks.

SOOOO i need some tips and tricks (Runes, Champions, and or Positioning skills)
