Japan Urf Does not show up.

So curtaintly i live in japan and i would love to play urf in Japan. So i created a account and for the last 3 days ive got it to lvl 10. Now the URF option is completely gone. HELP ME!!!

With Japan being ahead in time. I think URF would be over in japan now.
