PSA: Please Consider Playing Poppy In Invasion:Onslaught

So I've pretty much spammed Invasion since it became available today, and I have yet to win a game with a PUG that didn't have a Poppy in it. She offers so much to the team, especially if she takes Stoneborn Pact as her keystone. She can ward off the Rek'sai and Kha'zix enemies by blocking their dashes, she can punt enemies away from her team when they are being overwhelmed, and she has the tools to stay alive when any other champion in the mode would drop dead instantly.

I am begging you guys, especially those of you that have yet to win an Onslaught mode game, please try out Stoneborn Pact Poppy. I guarantee you will see better results than picking Ezreal (Not enough time to stack muramana, and not very effective with a crit build) or any of the mages (They are all weak in Invasion in my opinion due to squishiness and lack of sustain).

I hope this little word of advice helps some people get their first Onslaught victory, have fun with the new mode guys!

I won games without poppy. Janna is very effective also

You dont need a poppy. Just get a soraka and lux with a jinx and youll win.

As someone who has been spamming poppy, I kinda agree. (despite the fact that I have yet to win Onslaught)

What I normally do is buy Knights vow first item, and attach it to Jinx, (Usually have a jinx on the team.) in order to fix my sustain issues. (I know there's wormargs but it seems next to impossible to actually go 6 seconds without getting hit.)

For me, it's Poppy, Jinx, and at least one more utility champion. (preferably Raka of Janna) Then I'm a little less certain about the other two champs.

I want to make it clear, I am not saying winning without Poppy is impossible, I just think she is the best bet for people that are struggling to get a win, due to her tankiness and general utility for a team.
