The Current Meta

So I know I am not the first to complain about the current meta, many hate the snowball meta and last time i posted it was well received while most times i complain about specific champs I am chastised.

But today I am not here to rant or rave just make an observation that may help others not rage as hard as i do sometimes or understand why champs that they were good with last season may have fallen off but of course this is pure anecdote so take it with a grain of salt.

By what I have seen we are now in a "snowball" meta which means who ever gets a head first is likely to just win, even if its only one champ doing amazing on one team and the other team mostly doing normally well, or at least that is my understanding.

It would seem that late game champs like Evelynn or Akali, are now pretty much useless compared to the early to mid game good champs like Warwick or Jax , or Mordekaiser , and champs with high utility or tankyness tend to be useful the entire game such as Lux and Morgana or Poppy for a tank example,

Like I have said purely anecdotal but nevertheless to get to my point, the current meta seems to favor champions that are relatively easy to get going and currently tend to do so well early game that id doesn't matter if late game champs get time to build or not, they simply fall off before they can even get started.

I am welcome to people to give different views or correct me if my option seems erroneous but it seems to me the meta is heavily in favor of tanks, jugernauts and certain adc while assassins and burst mages who lack mobility are just hardly even useful right now, of course this happens some characters are favored each season, some are well rounded and others just leave you pulling your hair out.

This has been my attempt at a calm rational discussion on the matter instead of just coming here to rant and complain. Thank you for your time.
