I'd very much appreciate absolute transparency in regard to your titling of ARURF.
#Will it be sincerely all random? Or will the same plague of current "ARAM" persist into this mode as well?

You see, currently in ARAM there are certain accounts that are stacked with favorable champions for said game mode. Think
#This is by no means a definitive list, just an example.
#Moving forward with how this could potentially affect ARURF -
It's obvious right? I'm concerned we'll still see a very high and unhealthy amount of the very champions Riot is attempting to curtail being labeled the "urf meta" over and over simply due to virtue of these tailored for ARAM accounts existing. This is of course assuming that ARURF is structured the same way as current ARAM (Only champions you own or are on free week are considered in the random assignment rather than the entire champion pool, regardless of what you own)
#tl;dr - Riot misuses the word lottery as well as all. Shall it persist into ARURF?
