As the title says...

seems to be incredibly weak and could use some buffs. She is most likely going to end up like the 39% win rate release day .

Ornn was perfectly fine when he came out. I say that because I was kicking ass with him at the time. They tried fixing what wasn't broken, and now they have to update him every other patch.

I don't want them to make that same mistake again.

As baron said Ornn was a balanced champ on release its just people experiment with new champs until the optimal playstyle and build is found

I would hesitate to make ANY judgments on her right off the gate. Even if her win-rate is low, that by itself is not indicative of an issue with her. She's new with a risky, play-making kit. People aren't going to know how to use her properly, nor will they know how to fight against her yet. Ornn was in a similar position, and Riot overbuffed him until he was broken. We don't need a repeat of that situation, so I would rather wait a patch or two to see if she becomes better, or if she remains lower in the win-rates. And THEN we can see about buffs or nerfs, depending on where she lands.
