Hardest role to play right now?
Assassins. yep low cc , low hp , bad in tf (almost useless) , the only person they can kill is the ADC if they are lucky enough to find him without his support

I'd say ADC/Support. I'm gonna get punched in the face for this, but Bottom Lane has never been more dangerous to be in.
Well... that's how it should be... It's call High-Risk, High-Reward for a reason!
Besides that, the challenges each role offers are still the same:
- Top: The everlasting struggle to be somehow usefull before the 30 minute mark and meeting the famous 10-0 ADC.
- Mid: The expection to carry your whole team through Mid-Game by roaming while keeping a CS lead while getting your tower.
- JGL: I dont have to explain that...
- Supp: ... or that...
- ADC: You have to earn as much gold as possible and get a major gold lead on each Sololane because if you dont, you'll get slaughtered!
Each role is hard for their own reasons and offers different challenges(, being an Assassin-Main doesn't makes you a better player or person - just saying.)
i'd say toplane. everyone kites and rapes you. assasins have more chances of getting leads atm imo. strongest role is support and jungle atm by a far margin.
