LP gain fix?

About a month or two ago I went on a nasty losing streak as most players do, and I would like to continue to play ranked and try to climb. I would LIKE to do that, but I'm only getting 9-10lp per game and losing 30lp per game. I know it's trying to drop me outta diamond, but i'd like to know how/when Riot will fix this. Or won't fix it. Just curious and would love some feedback on how to get my mmr fixed or any fixes to come!
