Katarina abilities not working?

So I was playing Katarina and everything was working perfectly fine. Then, suddenly in the last two minutes of the game my recall wouldn't work by clicking B or the recall button, my Q and R wouldn't go off either. I didn't have much time to check my W or E and see if they worked perfectly, but they worked the one time I did use it. Anyone else having these issues? Thanks.
