People constantly complain about it, it's been a nightmare for the balance team to figure out, it's very frustrating and unbalances top lane even harder away from tanks into "who can use conq best". They've already shown they have no problem removing runes so why don't they remove conq?
Or aftershock. Just remove it or revert it back to courage of the collosus, it ain't hard. Conq is fine, is just dmg, and dmg is counterable, but after not at all, just bring back the shield pls
People complain about it because they are too r%%%%%ed to counter it. I use it on the actual champs that DO use it (i.e bruisers and sometimes fighters) but thanks to riot and their braindead devs they recently allowed ranged champs to use it again, so its become more busted on mages and shit. ITs not the entire rune, its the ranged part.
