How do you report someone for refusing to play their role?

I'm so tired of people duoing top lane cause they don't want to jungle. I've seen it several times now and because there doesn't seem to be a way of actually reporting someone for that theres no punishment for it. Is there any way of actually reporting that or are we just supposed to deal with it cause riot doesn't care people are ruining our games?

If it's in Draft Pick, you report the player for Intentionally Feeding and detail in the comments how they're abandoning their role to leech/steal/otherwise hamper their team by doubling up a lane.

It may potentially work for Blind Pick as well, but Blind Pick is a bit harder to actually handle, since role-calling there is treated as a courtesy, not a right.

Nevertheless, any gameplay related offense that severely hinders your team's chances of winning is best filed under Intentionally Feeding.

Duo top was how the game was designed to be played...then they figured out that giving up the safety of having a top lane support for a roaming jg was more effective. I'm not sure duo top is or should be reportable. But, if you want to report it, it would probably be for greifing?

He took smite off for tp and went top as yorrik with his duo partner veigar so I would hope that the bot can tell that he didn't intend to play jungle.

Yeah, I remember playing when it was duo top, adc mid, and no jungle.

And even after Jungle became its own thing, you usually saw duo tops in sub 20 levels, since they didn't have the runes/masteries to survive the jungle and top players didn't have the experience to solo--especially if the enemy team was running duo top.
