An Ekko that is fed

Slow him down a lot. I played a game against an Ekko with alot of gold. He came down bot against us I ulted with svir under my tower and walked around it and he followed me and killed me and got away scott free. About couple minutes later I rotate into mid lane, he pops out from the direction of my base. i ult toward my base and team two other allies. Ekko is targeting me, he goes in and kills me and runs away fast like superman. Then later a couple times in our jungle, it was like 3 of us chasing him and he runs away like a bullet. One time in the jg we were lucky to kill him because we surrounded him and i was able to kill him at low health from the raptor bush. Many others times just in lane he will just run away faster than svir's ult
