Could anyone give me a good list of the top 5 supports for season 5 preseason?

Unkillable, shield, damage and speed increase, cc queen, and safe.
makes any adc unkillable.
CC, utility, and makes ganking easier with lanturns.
Overpowered damage, cc, and initiate.
Press R and ignore turret damage.
All of these champions work with everyone. Don't look for champion specific supports or you restrict your champion pool. Nami and Braum are good but depend on certain synergies to excel.
i think thresh is still god tier support cuz hook+lantern mechanics are insane
Anyone can work well i believe, if i had to choose, I'd probably say braum with lucian/jinx/caitlyn due to their range/double attacks, thresh for nearly always being good, considering his kit, he can work with every ad in one way or another, nami works well with cait/jinx/ez, along with vayne for her e slow, morgana is always a good choice vs cc heavy teams, and for a bit of poke bot lane, and janna is doing well, with people like draven/vayne. None of these are listed in order, but like I said, pretty much every support works, if you know how to play them.
