LEAVER BUSTER LOW PRIORITY TIMER {CLIENT}

I had to afk for 2 matches recently, Yes this was my bad, but even so i didnt get banned for one day i just got a low priority queue. I have to wait 10 mins before queing every game. To make the time go by faster i Watch an around 8 minute youtube video then just wait around for the remaining 2 minutes. The remaining time seems to be 5 miniutes and i wonder why the timer is going down so slowly. Riot Really needs to FIX THIS. Edit 1: Also Today i was on my last game with low priority and the timer just in front of me restarted...
