Fun times in pregame lobby

Wait my turn to pick. Enemy who picks before me takes a while to pick. Timer goes to 0. Timer stays at 0 for a while. I get kicked back to lobby. I go into another game to find out that I apparently left and lose league points and have to wait for the timer. The timer was not for me because the dude did not lock his champ.
