hello rioters, im just here to discuss the unbalanced in game items for AP champions which is Spell Vamp items, can we have at least 3 or 4 spell vamp items its really sucks that all have lifesteal items while there is no spell vamp items, anyway rioters think about it.

Lifesteal and spellvamp are two completely different things though. I know they seem similar but just because lifesteal isn't broken doesn't mean spellvamp isn't. I mean sure they could put more items but they're really hard to balance because of champs like vlad that just abuse it. It's a tricky stat to implement. Plus they intentionally took spell vamp away as others have posted.
Spell vamp is probably not coming back, since it was purposely removed (there was only one item anyway).
But don't lose hope. You can still grab 3x 2% spell vamp runes, and Vampirism mastery. That gives you 8% spell vamp, not bad.
No, only 1 mage could reliably use spell vamp which broke him when it was strong causing it to be nerfed until only he could use it.
Spell vamp items should NEVER come back. Thus future sustain mages and items CAN be made.
