If they can add map skins to TFT, then they can add map skins and announcer packs to summoners rift In the past, it was possible to add announcer packs from the internet, but I don't think riot supports them and you might get banned.

It might take half the stress outta aram having something upbeat instead of the cold, gloomy, depressing glacial augment mages.

Kinda suprised they haven't tried selling announcer packs to make money instead of breaking/overbuffing champs for skin releases. The balance is bad enough without the "tuning" for skin releases.
