And I would infinitely rather these people get banned than the ones that call me shit for missing a skillshot. Please Riot, do anything about the real problem effecting games, trolls, inters, and afks.

It could very easily mean 'tilted' rather than a troll or inter tho
If K + A < D, then there's a pretty good chance you have a feeder on your team.
