Vel'Koz Velkoz Passive- Organic Deconstruction - When Vel'koz hits an enemy with an ability or basic attack, he adds a mark of void vision to an enemy, hitting an enemy with another ability or aa causes the stack to be consumed, dealing % max Hp damage, and giving Vel'Koz movement speed, and reducing his CDs every time he looks at an enemy champion.

Q- Plasma Fission - Vel'koz fires a bolt of plasma energy in a line that explodes dealing magic damage and firing out two additional bolts. Enemies hit are slowed, exhausted, and cannot buy items for 20 minutes. CD 2.5/2/1.5/1/0.5

W- Void Rift- Vel'koz hurls a rift of energy at his enemies dealing damage in a line before exploding for another instance of true damage. Minions hit are instantly executed. Stores up to two charges and instantly gains a charge if an opponent is hit. CD 4/3/2/1/1

E- Fuck You- Vel'koz clicks on a champion, they are CC'd now. and dead. Fuck you for playing League today. CD 1/2/0.4/-4/0.2

R- Organic Deconstruction- Vel fires a big pink laser that obliterates all enemies in his path, dealing % max Hp true damage, slowing, granting vel'koz a shield, reducing his CDs by 40 and instantly teleporting him to any location on the map. Also all of Vel'kozs damage is true damage. CD 40/20/0 Fuck You

Lux Passive: Illumination - When Lux attacks an enemy with any ability, they are blinded and their screen turns completely white. All of their abilities are put on cooldown for 10 seconds if they are not already on cooldown and they take 100-500 (+70% AP) magic damage.

Q- Light binding - Lux dashes forward and shoots out 6 spheres of light in a cone that ends in an AOE at each sphere and stuns each enemy hit for 3.5 seconds. Goes through minions and champions. Deals 200/300/600 (+80% AP) CD 3/2/1.5/1/0.5

W- Makes me a viable support - Lux throws out her wand and then it comes back to her, shielding all ally champions hit. This also works with minions and if it hits any enemy champion it will do 10% max health true damage over 3 seconds. Shields for 400/600/1500 (+350% AP) until the game is done. Shield will stack. CD 2 at all ranks

E- Lucent singularity- Lux fires a beam of light at a location granting sight of the area even after the ability is done. Enemies hit will be knocked up, silenced, and then rooted for 5 seconds and dealt 800/900/1500 (+400% AP) Also, when she casts this ability, she has 400% increased movement speed and all of her abilities have 200% chance to crit for the rest of the game. She will also do +200 damage to enemy buildings and won't lose the extra damage to enemy buildings until she dies. CD 1/2/0.4/-4/0.2

R- Final Spark - Lux fires a giant laser in a line and doesn't channel it, it casts instantly. When it's done, lasers spawn on the map in front of enemy champions, neutral monsters, and minions. Oh, and zhonya's or banshee's and invulnerability can not block this ability. Lux will gain 90% increased movement speed for the rest of the game, and +150 health per second. Lasers deal 300/400/600 (+150% AP) and +500 damage for each laser that spawns for a unit. This ability also executes towers. Cooldown is .5 seconds at all ranks. +1 laser spawns for each unit each time she gets 1 cs.

Poppy

Passive: Iron Ambassador Gains double Armor and MR. Every 12 seconds, Poppy gains a shield equal to 20% of her health that lasts 6 seconds whenever she makes a melee attack.

Q: Hammer Shockwave Poppy slams her hammer into the ground, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+100% AD) physical damage and slowing enemies for 5 seconds.

W: Steadfast Presence Gotta go fast! Passively, Poppy gets 50% damage reduction. Poppy gains double movement speed and can move through units and terrain for 5 seconds. Also, Poppy stops all dashes, blinks, flashes, or just walking in general from enemies within a short distance of her.

E: Heroic Steroidic Charge Poppy dashes at an enemy, becoming untargetable while doing so, and deals 40/80/120/160/200 physical damage and stunning the enemy for two seconds.

R: Keeper's Really Unfair Verdict Poppy revs up her hammer and slams it down with a channel time of 0.1 seconds and knocking every enemy champion into the air, dealing 300/500/700 (+250% AD) physical damage and repeating the damage when they hit the ground. If an enemy champion dies from this ability, the CD is reset.

Second Passive: I cri evrytim I cry because my main is completely busted and 100% banrate.

Darius Passive: Hemorrhage: Darius's abilities and spells cause his enemies to bleed out, dealing 5 (+110% AD) True damage each second. This effect stacks up to 5 times, and this ability has a chance to cause the opponent to forfeit the match and seek medical attention.

Q: Decimate Darius swings his axe in a circle aroumd him, reducing all enemies' armor by 50%. The damage is equal to 30% of Darius's max HP and can crit. Enemies hit by the handle heal Darius for 20% of his max HP. Enemies hit by the blade heal Darius for 40% of Baron Nashor's max HP.

W: Cripple:Darius gains vision of every enemy unit and can choose one. Once he selects one, he appears out of the nearest Bush to assail them, because fuck you Garen. He automatically targets an enemy champion with an auto attack slow, a movement speed slow, a lag spike equal to 60% of Darius's max HP, and he gains maximum attack speed for 7 seconds.

E: Apprehend: Darius Pulls in an enemy champion, able to drag them back to his fountain for an instant kill. Darius also passively ignores 10% of enemies' armor, unit collision, and all incoming damage that surpasses 1% of his maximum HP.

R: Noxian Guillotine: Darius teleports all enemy champions to his location and stuns them for 5 seconds which re-applies every .25 seconds. Darius then gains instant execution damage against every single enemy, and allies cannot damage them. The cooldown is refreshed when Darius uses this ability.

i think ekko would have been a better comparison instead of yasuo and vayne since they both have pretty simple kits.

New passive: Universal salt: Whenever an enemy champion is afflicted by any magic damage from Teemo or gains vision of him. Their League clients instantly crash. Clients crashed by this effect can no longer open the shop upon return.
