Just like the title says, I've been playing a lot of ARAM the past days. Why? because I like the Randomness of it, but now It Isn't 100% Random. got a 
in my team 4 times in a row, Played 
3 out of 5 games in a row. In my friend's last 15 ARAM Games, There was a 
in 5 of them, That's 1/3 out of a Random based game...
I think the point you're getting at here is that it's not true random if all champions aren't available, something we've been arguing since the day aram came out.
But yeah, just because you get the same champ or see the same champ a bunch of times in a row, doesn't mean it's not random. Your odds of rolling a 6 on a 6 sided die are the exact same as rolling any other number, and they don't change between dice rolls, ya know what I'm sayin'?
uses a small sample size with few similarities as a basis to judge the whole system
