Slow and laggy client and in-game (Low FPS)

So I stopped playing for a couple days and now I launch the game and the client is so slow and laggy. I go into a custom game and the FPS is 7. And the download speed for the updates is 45 KB/s? Everything used to be fine maybe a week ago.

(I've tested my internet speed, and tried other games and the problem seems to be only in LoL.)
