OP Poppy
The new Poppy is too OP on the fact that she can just not hold off a Darius and Gangplank in a 2v1 top that is just not right she need to me fix plz

Before the rework 
was a hard counter to Poppy. After the rework Poppy got a little bit stronger against him but it's still a lane in Darius advantage. Poppy basicly only has one chance to win againt a Darius in lane & that's arround level 2. On that point Poppy gains a big all-in powerspike and that's the point Poppy can snowball this lane.
After 6 it's Darius his lane. The true damage compleetly ignores Poppy W & since Poppy doesn't has that great base health scaling the Darius will always have killing pressure on her.
I didn't see the 
matchup yet but I think Poppy can be decent against him. But I feel it's more a skill matchup honnestly but I could be wrong since one of Poppy's main weaknesses is still poke.
