Am I the only person who has a problem with Akali's huge power spike with gunblade?

So let's say your Zed you're going 7/0 against a 0/5 Akali, you're basically face stomping her into the ground winning lane so hard there was absolutely no way to come back.

But then you see it, she had bought the gunblade, and suddenly she nukes you with spam q r w. You're like, ok maybe I shouldn't have fought her without ult. Next time you have ult, and she still bursts you faster than a Annie catching an adc out. You think your ult will get her, but appearantly she was healing herself the entire fight.

You suddenly go like, "Where's this damage coming from?" You look at her items and all she has is a fucking gunblade. How in the world did this Akali's suddenly become a demi god with one item?

You see this happened to me one day, and it is one of the most tilting experiences I've had in awhile, she legit got one item and could 1v1 me every encounter. And jesus christ her healing was broken, one q w would bring back a 4th of her health. I think Akali or the gunblade is due for a nerf because this type of shit is aggravating as fuck.
